Murdered: Soul Suspect
One of the games I’ve been looking forward to hearing more about since it was originally announced, Murdered: Soul Suspect, and was originally slated for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, has now been announced for the Xbox One. Murdered: Soul Suspect is a supernatural detective thriller that has you playing the role of Detective Ronan O’Connor but the twist is you have to solve your own brutal murder. It doesn’t help that Detective O’Connor has a shady past so saying it won’t be easy to narrow down the suspects or the motives is an understatement. But in addition to his experience as a detective, Ronan now has supernatural powers that can be used to his advantage, of course, and perform tasks that couldn’t be done in his corporeal form. He can enter into bodies and read the minds of others as well as influence their actions, communicate with the dead to learn what they know while battling demons attempting to take your soul since you’re stuck in the limbo world of Dusk. Check out two of the videos and you might just be as intrigued as I am. It’s set to be released in 2014
